This research has three objectives; 1) to analyze the effectiveness of public service in the Samphran Subdistrict Administrative Organization in Nakhon Pathom Province. 2) to compare the effectiveness of public services of the Samphran Subdistrict Administrative Organization Classified by personal factors. 3) to examine the relationship between management and public service effectiveness of Samphran Subdistrict Administrative Organization. This quantitative research sample consisted of 374 people in the area conducting the research.


 The results showed that 1) the level of effectiveness of public service in general and each aspect found that most of the people have a high level of overall opinion. 2) the problem of public services; such as (a) the service personnel are insufficient to provide the service. (b) equipment and tools that do not facilitate the service. 3) guidelines for the development of public services; such as (a) there should increase the number of service personnel sufficient to meet the number of people who come to request services. (b) the subdistrict Administrative Organization should organize a system of procedures for people who come to request services more quickly. (c) there should apply new technology and information in communication in the operation and service of the people. (d) the subdistrict Administrative Organization should provide equipment and tools used to provide services to the people in response to the needs and problems of the people.
