The Relationship Between Innovative Leadership of School Administrators and Teachers' Learning Management Competency Under Min Buri District Office, Bangkok Metropolitan Administration

Abstract
The objectives of this research were: (1) to study the innovative leadership of school administrators under the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA), Min Buri District Office; (2) to investigate the learning management competency of teachers under the BMA, Min Buri District Office; and (3) to examine the relationship between the innovative leadership of school administrators and the learning management competency of teachers as perceived by teachers, classified by gender, educational attainment, and work experience. This study employed a quantitative research methodology. The sample consisted of 210 government teachers under the BMA, Min Buri District Office. Data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed through statistical measures, including frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation Coefficient. The research findings revealed that: 1) the overall level of innovative leadership of school administrators under the BMA, Min Buri District Office, was at a high level; 2) the overall level of learning management competency of teachers under the BMA, Min Buri District Office, was at a high level; and 3) there was a significant positive relationship between the innovative leadership of school administrators and the learning management competency of teachers under the BMA, Min Buri District Office.
