Factors Affecting the Success of Academic Administration in Schools under the Jurisdiction of Nakhon Pathom Primary Educational Service Area Office 2

Abstract
This research aimed to achieve three objectives: (1) to analyze the factors of school administration under the jurisdiction of the Nakhon Pathom Primary Educational Service Area Office 2; (2) to analyze the success of school administration; and (3) to analyze the factors affecting the success of academic administration in schools. This study employed a quantitative research design. The sample consisted of 344 participants, including school administrators and teachers under the Nakhon Pathom Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. Data were collected using a questionnaire. The statistics used for data analysis included frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The research findings revealed that: (1) the overall level of school administration factors was at the highest level; (2) the overall level of success of school administration was at the highest level; and (3) the factors affecting the success of academic administration in schools comprised the following aspects: (a) administrators, which were overall at the highest level; (b) teachers, which were overall at the highest level; (c) community, parents, and stakeholders, which were overall at the highest level; and (d) media and technology factors, which were overall at the highest level.
