The objectives of this research were: (1) to evaluate cultural tourism management in the old town community along the Phetchaburi River, Mueang Phetchaburi District, Phetchaburi Province; (2) to explain the relationship between cultural tourism management in the old town community along the Phetchaburi River and factors affecting community-based tourism development ; and (3) to forecasted. for cultural tourism management in the old town community along the Phetchaburi River. The research was conducted by collecting data from 389 residents in the old town community area along the Phetchaburi River using a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson’s correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis. The research results found that: (1) Cultural tourism management in the old town community along the Phetchaburi River was overall at a high level. (2) The relationship between cultural tourism management and factors affecting community-based tourism development was positive with statistical significance at the 0.01 level. (3) The factors affecting cultural tourism management of the old town riverside community along the Phetchaburi River, Mueang Phetchaburi District, Phetchaburi Province, could predict cultural tourism management at 45.8%. The predictive factors included participation in decision-making, leadership, participation in implementation, participation in evaluation, participation in benefit-sharing, and planning.
