            This research aimed to 1) verified Personal development enhancing digital transformation disruption Excise Department. 2) compare personal development enhancing digital transformation disruption by respondents ‘attitude via demographic factors. 3) explain correlation between critical success factors with Personal development enhancing digital transformation disruption. This was quantitative research; sample were 250 officers of Excise Department. Questionnaires were data collection tools. Analytical statistics were frequencies percentages mean standard deviation t test ANOVA F and Pearson correlation. Major findings were; 1) Personal development enhancing digital transformation disruption were high level. 2) personal development enhancing digital transformation disruption by respondents ‘attitude via demographic factors were statistical significant difference at .05 level. 3) correlation between critical success factors with personal development enhancing digital transformation disruption were statistical positive significant at .01 level.
