This research aimed 1) to assess the level of operational competency of Chumphon Provincial Commercial Office personnel. 2) to compare the operational performance of Chumphon Provincial Commercial Office personnel. from the classification according to personal factors and 3) to test the relationship between management and operational performance of Chumphon Provincial Office of Commerce personnel. This research is a quantitative research. A sample group of 200 people from the data of business entrepreneurs, trading businesses, manufacturing businesses, service businesses in Chumphon Province. Data collection was done using a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using statistics, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test analysis, one-way deviation analysis. and Pearson's Correlation Coefficient. The research results were as follows: 1) management and performance of Chumphon Provincial Commercial Office personnel were at a high level; Classified by demographic characteristics of the samples found that there was no difference. 3) The relationship between the performance of personnel of the Chumphon Provincial Office of Commerce and factors affecting their performance was found to be statistically significant positive. very low level.
