Abstract

          The purpose of this research were to 1) Evaluate operational effectiveness in public relations of Muang Songkhla Provincial Police Station. 2) compare the attitude of respondents toward the operational effectiveness in public relations of Muang Songkhla Provincial Police Station classified by population characteristics, and 3) explain correlation between factors affecting operational effectiveness with operational effectiveness in public relations of Muang Songkhla Provincial Police Station. This research is a quantitative research. Questionnaires were data gathering tools. The sample is people who live in the Muang District. Analytical statistics were percentages, mean, standard deviation, t test, ANOVA F and Pearson correlation. Major results were 1) operational effectiveness in public relations of Muang Songkhla Provincial Police Station were highest level, 2) attitude of respondent toward  the operational effectiveness in public relations of Muang Songkhla Provincial Police Station classified by population characteristics were statistical significant difference at .05 level and 3) correlation between factors affecting operational effectiveness with operational effectiveness in public relations of Muang Songkhla Provincial Police Station were positive statistical correlation at .01 level.
