Abstract

          This research aimed to 1) explore Prevention and Suppression Effectiveness Exporting fuel through customs and commit defrauding excise taxes Muang District Bueng Kan Province.  2) compare Prevention and Suppression Effectiveness Exporting fuel through customs and commit defrauding excise taxes verified by respondents’ demographic factors, Muang District, Bueng Kan Province. 3) explain correlation between Affecting factors with Prevention and Suppression Effectiveness Exporting fuel through customs and commit defrauding excise taxes, Muang District, Bueng Kan Province and the effectiveness of the prevention and suppression of fuel exports by customs and excise tax excise, Muang District, Bueng Kan Province. This was quantitative research, 395 residents Muang District Bueng Kan Province were sample. Data gathering tools were questionaries, analytical were percentages mean standard deviation and t teat ANOVA F   and Pearson correlation. The outcomes were as follows; 1) Prevention and Suppression Effectiveness Exporting fuel through customs and then defrauding excise taxes were highest level.2) There were statistically significant difference among respondents’ opinion toward Prevention and Suppression Effectiveness Exporting fuel through customs and then defrauding excise taxes. 3) There was positive statistical correlation between affecting factors with Prevention and Suppression Effectiveness Exporting fuel through customs and commit defrauding excise taxes.
