          This research has 3 objectives (1) To assess the quality of administrative performance of the Na Hukwang Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Thap Sakae District, Prachuap Khiri Khan Province; (2) To analyze the relationship between internal organizational factors affecting the quality of administrative performance of the Na Hukwang Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Thap Sakae District, Prachuap Khiri Khan Province; and (3) To propose guidelines for improving the quality of administrative performance of the Na Hukwang Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Thap Sakae District, Prachuap Khiri Khan Province. This research is a quantitative study. The sample group consists of 187 individuals, including employees working in the area of the Na Hukwang Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Thap Sakae District, Prachuap Khiri Khan Province. Data were collected using questionnaires. The statistical methods used for data analysis include frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation,        t-test, one-way ANOVA, and Pearson correlation coefficient. The research results (1) The quality of administrative performance of the Na Hukwang Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Thap Sakae District, Prachuap Khiri Khan Province, is at the highest level. (2) The relationship between internal organizational factors affecting the quality of administrative performance of the Na Hukwang Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Thap Sakae District, Prachuap Khiri Khan Province, is at the highest level. (3) The recommended approach for improving the quality of administrative performance includes organizing training sessions to strengthen relationships among colleagues or conducting more joint activities. This is because internal organizational factors are the most significant influence on the quality of administrative performance in the Na Hukwang Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Thap Sakae District, Prachuap Khiri Khan Province.
