Evaluation of Projects Funded by the Revolving Fund of Thai Women Empowerment, Thap Sakae District, Prachuap Khiri Khan Province

          This research has 3 objectives (1) to (1) evaluate the effectiveness level of projects supported by the revolving fund from the Thai Women Empowerment Fund in Tab Sakae District, Prachuap Khiri Khan Province.(2) to compare opinions regarding the effectiveness level of projects supported by the revolving fund from the Thai Women Empowerment Fund in Tab Sakae District, Prachuap Khiri Khan Province, classified by personal factors; and (3) analyze factors related to the management of the Thai Women Empowerment Fund's revolving fund projects in Tab Sakae District and their relationship with the effectiveness of projects supported by the revolving fund from the Thai Women Empowerment Fund in Tab Sakae District, Prachuap Khiri Khan Province. This research is a quantitative research. A sample of 148 people, who were members who had borrowed from the Thai Women Empowerment Fund. Data were collected using questionnaires. The statistics used for data analysis included frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, one-way analysis of variance, and Pearson's correlation coefficient. Research results (1) on the level of revenue management of projects supported by the revolving fund from the Thai Women Empowerment Fund in Tab Sakae District, Prachuap Khiri Khan Province was at a high level. (2) In terms of comparing the effectiveness of projects supported by the revolving fund from the Thai Women Empowerment Fund in Tab Sakae District, Prachuap Khiri Khan Province, classified by personal factors, it was found that people with different average monthly incomes have different opinions on the effectiveness of projects supported by the revolving fund from the Thai Women Empowerment Fund in Tab Sakae District, Prachuap Khiri Khan Province. And (3) The relationship between efficiency and the management aspect of projects supported by the revolving fund from the Thai Women Empowerment Fund in Tab Sakae District, Prachuap Khiri Khan Province was at a very high level, found that there was positive relationship.
