Abstract

This research aimed to (1) evaluate the innovation in budget management within schools under the jurisdiction of the Suphan Buri Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 and (2) propose recommendations for improving this budget management innovation. Data were collected from 98 teachers using a survey questionnaire. The data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The research findings included: (1) in the evaluation of context, input, process, and output regarding the innovation in school budget management, the overall results indicated a high level of effectiveness, and (2) for the improvement of budget management innovation within the schools under the Suphan Buri Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, the CIPP model-based recommendations emphasized alignment with teachers’ needs and more comprehensive resource allocation. For inputs, it was recommended to enhance teachers' financial skills and maintain technological readiness. In terms of processes, improvements in reporting and monitoring for efficiency and continuity were suggested. Finally, for outputs, the emphasis was on transparency and the use of data to improve school operations.
