Management of motivation development for Cha-am Municipality employees Phetchaburi Province

Abstract
There were three objectives of this research to (1) evaluate management of motivation
development for Cha-am Municipality employees and official (2) explain correlation between
management of motivation development for Cha-am Municipality employees with affecting factors. (3) forecast and present approach of management of motivation development for Cha-am Municipality employees and official This was quantitative approach, sample was 130 Cha-am Municipality employees and official. Questionnaires were data collection mean, mean standard deviation Pearson’s coefficient and Multiple Regression were analytical statistics. Findings were as follows; (1) management of motivation development for Cha-am Municipality
employees and official was highest level. (2) correlation between management of motivation
development for Cha-am Municipality employees and official with affecting factors was significant positive correlation. (3) affecting factors could forecast management of motivation
development for Cha-am Municipality employees and official at 32.1 percent, affective factors
were planning and motivation development.
