Abstract

Abstract

          The objectives of this research were to (1). Verified evaluation of profession development Project ; Hubpaey coffeeshop  the Department of Corrections, Ministry of Justice  (2) explain correlation between evaluation of profession development Project ; Hubpaey coffeeshop  the Department of Corrections, Ministry of Justice with affecting factors. (3) to forecast and present approach of evaluation of profession development Project; Hubpaey coffeeshop the Department of Corrections, Ministry of Justice.

          This was quantitative approached 389 Prachuap Khiri Khan residents were sample. Questionnaires were used as data collection tools. Analytical Statistics were percentages mean standard deviation Pearson coefficient and multiple regression.

          The research results found that: (1) evaluation of profession development Project; Hubpaey coffeeshop the Department of Corrections was highest level. (2) correlation between evaluation of profession development Project; Hubpaey coffeeshop the Department of Corrections with affecting factors was statistical positive at .01 (3) affecting factors could forecast evaluation of profession development Project; Hubpaey coffeeshop the Department of Corrections at 76.5 percent affecting factors were policy implementation and people participation.
