The purposes of this study were (1) to evaluate the waste management in the community of the Sam Phraya Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Cha-am District, Phetchaburi Province. (2) to explain correlation between the waste management in the community of the Sam Phraya Subdistrict Administrative Organization with factors affecting waste management and (3) To propose waste management approaches for the community of the Sam Phraya Subdistrict Administrative Organization.

This study is a quantitative research. The sample group consists of 300 residents in the area of the Sam Phraya Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Cha-am District, Phetchaburi Province. Questionnaires were data collection. Analytical statistics were percentages, standard deviation, mean and Pearson correlation and multiple regression. Findings were as follows (1) Community Waste Management Sam Phraya Subdistrict Administration Organization was moderate level. (2) There was positive statistically significant correlation between community waste management Sam Phraya Subdistrict Administration Organization with affecting factors at level and (3) affecting factors could forecast community waste management at 84.8, approach was planning participate in doing decision-making benefit and organizing.
