This research aimed to (1) The effectiveness of drug prevention and suppression policy Implementation in Kui Buri District, Prachuap Khiri Khan Province. (2) compare the opinions of the sample group on the effectiveness of drug prevention and suppression policy Implementation verified by demographic factors. (3) explain correlation between effectiveness of suppression and prevention of Drugs and Narcotics wide spread Policy Implementation with affecting factors. (4) forecast effectiveness of suppression and prevention of Drugs and Narcotics wide spread Policy Implementation. This was quantitative approach;400 residents of Kuiburi District were sample. Questionaries were data collection tools. Analytical statistics were percent standard deviation mean t test ANOVA F and Pearson correlation, multiple regression.The findings revealed that; (1) effectiveness of suppression and prevention of Drugs and Narcotics wide spread Policy Implementation were high level. (2) There was not any difference among respondent’s attitude toward suppression and prevention of Drugs and Narcotics wide spread Policy Implementation. (3) There were positive statistical correlation between effectiveness of suppression and prevention of Drugs and Narcotics wide spread Policy Implementation with affecting factors at .01 level. (4) affecting factors could forecast effectiveness of policy implementation at 56.4 percent
