Abstract

ABSTRACT

This research aimed to 1) explore Management of elderly people pension Banlaem Subdistrict Administration Organization Banlaem District Phetchaburi Province. 2) compare management of elderly people pension Banlaem Subdistrict Administration Organization via attitude of respondents verified by demographic factors. 3) explain correlation between management of elderly people pension Banlaem Subdistrict Administration Organization with affecting factors.

This was quantitative approach 214 elderly people   were sample. Questionaries were data collection tools. Analytical statistics were percent standard deviation mean t test ANOVA F and Pearson correlation.

The findings revealed that; 1) management of elderly people pension Banlaem Subdistrict Administration Organization was high level. 2) There were significant statistical difference among respondent’s attitude toward management of elderly people pension Banlaem Subdistrict Administration Organization. 3) There were positive statistical correlation between management of elderly people pension Banlaem Subdistrict Administration Organization with affecting factors with at .01 level.
