This article aimed to study (1) the level of administrators’ skills on the innovation and information technology usage for school management in the 21st Century of schools under the local government organization, Prachuap Khiri Khan Province (2) the comparison of administrators’ skills on the innovation and information technology usage for school management classified by educational degree and school size (3) the guidelines for skills development on the innovation and information technology usage for school management of administrators. The data for this quantitative research were collected from 194 samples through questionnaires and assessment and analyzed with percentage, mean, standard deviation, and one-way analysis of variance. The research results were found as follows; (1) The level of administrators’ skills on the innovation and information technology usage for school management in the 21st Century of schools under the local government organization, Prachuap Khiri Khan Province was at the moderate level. (2) The comparison of administrators’skills on the innovation and information technology usage for school management classified by educational degree and school size had a significant difference at the statistical level of 0.05. (3) The guidelines for skills development on the innovation and information technology usage for school management of administrators showed that it should have the individual development plan, the assessment to define the development issue, the skills developmentapproaches settlement, and implementation.
