The three objectives of this study were: (1) to evaluate innovation management; public service implementation Land Office HuaHin Office Prachuap Khiri Khan Province, (2) to compare attendants ‘attitude toward innovation management public service implementation Land Office HuaHin Office verified by the demographic factors, and (3) to explained correlation between innovation management public service implementation Land Office with affecting factors of innovation management public service implementation.
This was quantitative research. The population used in the research consists of the public who utilize the services of the Land Office in Prachuap Khiri Khan Province, Hua Hin Branch, totaling 20,220 people, sample were 360 attendants shown up at HuaHin Land Office. Questionnaires were data collection tool. Analytical Statistics were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, one-way ANOVA, and Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient. The results were: (1) innovation process management public service implementation; HuaHin Office was highest level (2) attendants ‘attitude toward innovation management public service implementation Land Office HuaHin Office verified by the demographic factors were statistical significant different and (3) correlation between innovation of process management public service HuaHin Office with affecting factors were positive correlation statistical significant .
