Development of High-Performance Excise Office Organization: A Case Study of Songkhla, Pattani and Narathiwat Provincial Excise Offices

          This research aimed to (1) study and verified Development Provincial excise office   to be High Performance   Organization; Songkla Pattani and Narathivas Province (2) explain correlation between Development Provincial excise office to be High Performance Organization with affecting factors. (3) forecast   development of Provincial excise office  to be High Performance  Organization  This was quantitative research, employed Questionnaires was employed as data gathering tool. Sample were 317   officials attached to Songkla Pattani and Narathiwat Province excise office. Analytical statistics were  percentages  means standard deviation, inferential statistics were  Pearson’ r Multiple Regression.

The results of study found that:

(1) Development Provincial excise office to be High Performance Organization was high level.

(2)There was significant positive correlation between development Provincial excise office to be High Performance Organization had a significant difference at the statistical level of 0.5

(3)Affecting factors could forecast development Provincial excise office to be High Performance Organization at 51.3 percent.
