Abstract

The objectives of this research to study the level of Buddhist political leadership of local administrative organization executives in Nong Na Kham District, Khon Kaen Province, 2) to study and compare Buddhist political leadership of local administrative organization executives in Nong Na Kham District, Khon Kaen Province classified by personal factors, and 3) to present Buddhist political leadership of local administrative organization executives in Nong Na Kham District, Khon Kaen Province

The results of the research found that: 1. The level of Buddhist political leadership of the executives of the local administrative organizations in Nong Na Kham District Khon Kaen Province, overall, is at a high level (= 4.18, S.D. = 0.60). When classified by each aspect, the average value from highest to lowest is as follows: Behavior (= 4.45, S.D. = 0.69), Situation (= 4.31, S.D.= 0.80), Change (= 4.01, S.D.= 0.71), and Characteristic (= 3.94, S.D.= 1.05), respectively. 2. Summary of the analysis of the comparison of Buddhist political leadership of local administrative organization executives in Nong Na Kham District, Khon Kaen Province, classified by personal factors, found that people of different genders have no different opinions on Buddhist political leadership of local administrative organization executives in Nong Na Kham District, Khon Kaen Province. Therefore, the research hypothesis is rejected. People with different ages, education levels, occupations, and incomes have different opinions on Buddhist political leadership of local administrative organization executives in Nong Na Kham District. Khon Kaen Province is significantly different at the 0.05 statistical level, so the research hypothesis is accepted. 3. The results of the analysis of Buddhist political leadership of local administrative organization administrators in Nong Na Kham District, Khon Kaen Province by applying the four powers found that 1) Characteristics, the exercise of voting rights, is when people exercise their rights and perform their duties according to the constitution and respect the election law or election locations in order to select or elect representatives to act on their behalf through the parliamentary system, resulting in benefits for the country and themselves. 2) Behavioral aspects, promoting and protecting people’s rights and freedoms, determining people’s participation in politics, scrutinizing the use of state power, and improving the political structure to be stable and efficient in order to meet their own needs, creating harmony and unity, and hoping for mutual benefits. 3) Situational aspects, the public referendum and public hearings in the mobile community provide opportunities for people to express their opinions, making people dare to express their freedom of thought. In expressing opinions, people must be given opportunities to express their opinions before acting on any activities that affect the lives and well-being of people and communities, including national security.
