LEARNING PSYCHOLOGY AND SELF DEVELOPMENT OF HIGHER EDUCATION STUDENTS

Abstract
The objective of this article is to present the concept and approach of learning psychology and self development of higher education students, divided into 5 important elements: 1) Focus on the interests and needs of the learners, 2) life situation, 3) analysis of experience, 4) self directing and 5) individual difference and integrating with The learning management identity of Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University, graduates will have desirable characteristics according to 9 characteristics : 1) M – Morality, 2) A – Awareness, 3) H – Helpfulness, 4) A – Ability, 5) C – Curiosity, 6) H – Hospitality, 7) U – Universality, 8) L – Leadership, and 9) A – Aspiration.
