LEGAL PROBLEMS REGARDING CITIZENS' RIGHTS TO REQUEST ASSISTANCE FROM THE JUSTICE FUNDS. UNDER TO THE JUSTICE FUND ACT B.E. 2558

Abstract

This article aims to study concepts, theories, and legal measures regarding citizens' rights to request assistance from foreign and Thai justice funds. Including analyzing legal problems related to people's rights to request assistance from the Justice Fund. as well as recommending appropriate solutions to solve legal problems related to people's rights to request assistance from the Justice Fund. The results of the study found that the current laws regarding people's rights to request assistance from the Justice Fund in Thailand There are still many problems with enforcement, such as legal problems regarding the budget. and the source of money in the justice fund that cannot be raised on its own. Legal problems regarding consideration of requests for assistance from the Justice Fund Committee and legal problems regarding consideration of assistance requests at the provincial level. The researcher agrees that there should be an amendment to the law. By specifying that the Justice Fund Committee can organize fundraising to find a budget for the Justice Fund's expenses. and establish criteria, methods, and conditions for assisting citizens in legal proceedings to cover all groups of citizens. Including the power to consider requests for assistance at the provincial level of the Justice Fund sub-committee to have full authority. without limiting the scope of power to any one case only. To ensure that the assistance to the people of the Justice Fund is effective according to the intent of the law. and comparable to other countries
