ASSESSMENT OF SHORT-TERM VOCATIONAL COURSES STUCCO CORNICE WORK, WALL BASE AND PILLAR CAPITALS OF MAYO DISTRICT VOCATIONAL TRAINING CENTER PATTANI TECHNICAL COLLEGE

Abstract

The objectives of this research are as follows: 1) To obtain results from evaluating the performance of learners in the short-term professional courses on wall and column molding construction at the Vocational Training Center in Ma Yo district, Pattani Technical College. 2) To assess the satisfaction of participants in the training program for short-term professional courses on wall and column molding construction at the Vocational Training Center in Ma Yo district, Pattani Technical College. 3.) To study guidelines for improving the short-term professional courses on wall and column molding construction at the Vocational Training Center in Ma Yo district, Pattani Technical College. The research focuses on input factors and the course process, involving stakeholders such as school administrators, teachers, and learners, with a total sample size of 36 individuals. The research tools include: 1)Questionnaire for assessing the outcomes of students' performance. 2) Questionnaire to gather opinions and satisfaction levels from participants in training sessions. 3)Survey to study approaches for curriculum improvement, focusing on input factors and process factors. Statistical analysis will involve the use of measures such as mean ( ) and standard deviation (S.D.) to analyze the data. Research Results: 1) The results obtained from the evaluation of the work of learners in the short-term professional course on the construction of wall plaster and column heads at the Ma Yo Technical College training center in Pattani province. The overall assessment, based on the opinions of school administrators and teachers, is at the highest level. 2) The results of the satisfaction assessment of participants in the short-term professional course on the construction of wall plaster and column heads at the Ma Yo Technical College training center in Pattani province. The overall satisfaction, based on the feedback from the learners who have completed the short-term professional course, is at a high level. 3) The results of the evaluation of the guidelines for improving the short-term professional course curriculum on the construction of wall plaster and column heads at the Ma Yo Technical College training center in Pattani province. The assessment involves school administrators, teachers, and learners who have completed the short-term professional course. The overall assessment of the factors related to the course's input and process is at a high level.
