TECHNOLOGICAL COMPETENCY OF ADMINISTRATORS AFFECTING THE SCHOOL QUALITY UNDER NAKHON SI THAMMARAT PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 3

Abstract
The objectives of this research were to study the performance of the school administration's use of information technology, the quality of the educational facilities, the effectiveness of the administration of the educational facility affecting its quality, and the development of the management's performance in using information technology. The findings are as follows; 1. The information technology performance of the school's administrator at Shri Narendra Modi Higher Education District Office, District 3, was overall very high. The highest average was in vision, while the lowest average was in strategic planning. 2. The overall quality of the school was very high, with the highest average in terms of student quality and teaching management. The lowest average was in the administrative sector. 3. The performance of the executive's use of information technology, which affected the quality of the school, was found to have a very high level of interrelationship. 4. The Performance Development Guidelines on Information Technology Management for Schools suggest that managers should continuously develop themselves, set goals and directions in information technology administration, implement government information technology policies consistent with the school context, encourage teachers and staff to acquire and use technology in teaching management, coordinate with various agencies, build a systematic administrative network using information technology, mobilize information technology resources from internal and external agencies to develop teaching lessons effectively, provide opportunities for teaching and educational staff to fully develop themselves and transfer knowledge to students, support students in developing research skills using communication technology, and strengthen motivation for students to create innovative works through appropriate communication technologies.
