THE EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION ADMINISTRATION IN THE 4.0 ERA BESED ON THE FOUR IDDIPADA PRINCIPES UNDER THE OFFICE OF SAKONNAKHON PRIMARY EDUCATION SERVICE AREA 3

Abstract

This study aimed to 1) examine the state of educational institution administration in the 4.0 era of educational administrators, 2) investigate educational institution administration in the 4.0 era based on the Four Iddhipada Principles, and 3) propose guidelines for educational institution administration in the 4.0 era according to the Four Iddhipada Principles of the educational institutions under the Office of Sakon Nakhon Primary Education Service Area 3. The research findings indicate that: 1. The overall level of educational institution administration in the 4.0 era the Office of Sakon Nakhon Primary Education Service Area 3 was high. The areas with the highest means were budget management, personnel management, academic management, and general management, respectively. 2. The overall educational institution administration based on the Four Iddhipada Principles was at a high level, with the highest practice in the Viriya (effort), followed by the Vīmaṁsā (investigation), Citta (concentration), and Chanda (motivation). 3. Guidelines for educational institution administration in the 4.0 era based on the four Iddhipāda principles for educational institution administrators under era the Office of Sakon Nakhon Primary Education Service Area 3, encompass these aspects: (1) administration according to the Chanda principle: educational institution administrators should congratulate, praise, and honor educational personnel. They should also embrace technology and incorporate innovation into educational institution administration. (2) Administration according to the Viriya principle: educational institution administrators must be dedicated, diligent, patient, and thorough in checking and following up on financial management, accounting, supplies, and assets to ensure accuracy and keep everything up to date. (3) Administration according to the Citta principle: Educational institution administrators must encourage teachers and educational personnel to work diligently and with focused minds to achieve their objectives. (4) Administration according to the Vīmaṁsā principle: educational institution administrators should leverage various information technologies to analyze and plan staffing, determine positions, and prepare and submit budget requests and allocations for optimal efficiency in educational institution administration.
