ANALYZE OF A STRUCTTURAL EQUATION MODEL OF THE FACTORS AFFECTING TEACHER’S DIGITAL COMPETENCY OF TEACHER IN PHICHIT SECONDARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE

Abstract
The purposes of this research were to 1) Analysis of teachers' digital competency measurement models under the jurisdiction of Phichit Secondary Educational Service Area Office, and 2) Analyze and verify the consistency of the structural equation model of factors affecting teacher’s digital competency under the Phichit Secondary Educational Service Area Office with empirical evidence. The sample group used in the research was a minimum of 220 people, which was obtained from determining the sample size by estimating the parameters of 1 indicator per 10 people and using multi-stage random sampling. The research instrument is a questionnaire with a 5-level rating scale with a confidence value of 0.969. Statistics used in data analysis include Pearson's Correlation analysis, Confirmatory Factors Analysis (CFA) and Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis. The results are as follows: 1) Components of teacher’s digital competency under the Phichit Secondary Educational Service Area Office have 6 components and every component has statistical significance at the .01 level and 2) The constructed structural equation model of factors affecting teacher’s digital competency is consistent with empirical data. By weighting the components and indicators is between 0.581 - 0.827, with statistical significance at the .01 level for every indicator and all 11 indicators have a percentage of variation between the indicators together with the components from 33.8 percent to 68.4 percent.
