Abstract
The objective of this article is to present the concept of characteristics of educational administration executive in the digital era. School administrators in the digital age need to develop their administrative skills to facilitate the students and to be ready for and create an appropriate learning management in the present age where technology plays a role in educational management. Characteristics of educational administration executive in the digital era include: 1) become digitalty fluent 2) develop new capabilities 3) willingness toexperiment 4) understand how technology is changing today's society and has an impact on education 5) promote collaborative environments and 6) use the information, not just the technology and applying the principles of leadership in Buddhism to be applied in management
