Metta is making others happier. Karuna is helping to relieve them of their suffering. Mudita is rejoicing when they are doing well. And equanimity is not making things worse when they experience bad things. Be neutral when they experience bad things. It is a systematic application of the divine states of mind in business. Therefore, school administrators must apply the principles of the four divine states of mind, including equanimity, in their management. Treat all colleagues equally with fairness. In terms of the mind, rejoice for those who are doing well and are happy. In terms of expressing justice, fairness, and being free from bias due to love and hate, those who have the divine abode will find only coolness and happiness in both body and mind of themselves and others. For school administrators, they should show their subordinates about loving-kindness, compassion, and equanimity, creating faith in teachers, colleagues, the community, and all personnel management with fairness. Establish a system and method for giving merit, demerit, and rewarding with fairness.
