PROCESS FOR CREATING BUDDHIST AWARENESS IN MANAGING MODEL COMMUNITY FORESTS, KU KAEO DISTRICT, UDON THANI PROVINCE

Abstract
The process of creating Buddhist awareness in managing the model community forest, Ku Kaeo District, Udon Thani Province, consists of 5 processes, consisting of (1) the process of providing knowledge (2) the process of developing leadership (3) the process of promoting and developing innovation (4) the process of strengthening participation and (5) the process of building relationships in social networks By the process of creating common consciousness of the community Start by finding common ground. Always in order and make use of each other, that is, promote fair and equal benefits. To create a common consciousness in managing community forests to have concrete results, creating a balance for sustainable development in community forest management. Which will be beneficial in various ways, namely 1) benefits to oneself, 2) benefits to co-workers and the community, and 3) benefits to the work one is responsible for. Driving every workload towards success according to the goals set, which will have a positive effect. to the development of the community as a whole so that it can progress steadily in the end
