Abstract

Buddhist human resource development for monks and developers in Nong Khai Province consists of 1. training, 2. education, and 3. development that can be integrated to lead to effective human resource development. As for the principles of Buddhism related to human resource development, they include the Threefold Principles, which are precepts that lead to behavioral development. The principle of meditation leads to the development of the mind and the principle of wisdom leads to the development of knowledge. Guidelines for Buddhist human resource development of monks and developers in Nong Khai Province were found to be: 1) Educational formats according to Buddhist guidelines were found to be Development must begin with oneself by controlling one's body, speech, and mind to have reason to live according to Buddhist principles. Leads to the development of others and society. 2) Training formats according to Buddhist guidelines were found to create participation in the community. By organizing activities or projects on various important days, the 12 Heat traditions of Nong Khai Province. Provide knowledge and understanding in education as a basis Causing clarity in behavioral development A correct and reasonable idea was born. 3) Development model according to Buddhist guidelines. It was found that organizing Buddhist activities Have fun and praise good people as examples. and giving rewards It creates morale to follow. Suggestions to show carelessness in living life and carrying out various activities brings peace to oneself and society
