BUDDHIST INTEGRATION TO PROMOTE ADMINISTRATIVE EFFICIENCY OF NIWET SUBDISTRICT MUNCIPALITY AT THAWATBURI DISTRICT, ROIET PROVINCE

Abstract

This research has the following objectives: 1. To study the administrative efficiency level of Niwet Subdistrict Municipality. 2. To compare public opinions towards the administrative efficiency of Niwet Subdistrict Municipality, and 3. To study the integrated Buddhist approach to promote administrative efficiency. Of Niwet Subdistrict Municipality Thawatchaburi District Roi Et Province. Findings were as follows: 1. Administrative efficiency of Niwet Subdistrict Municipality Thawatchaburi District Roi Et Province Overall it is at the highest level (= 4.76) when considering each aspect. At the highest level in every aspect Ordered from highest to lowest as follows: The aspect with the highest level is the control aspect (= 4.87), followed by the planning aspect (= 4.76), and the least is the coordination aspect (= 4.73), respectively. Administrative efficiency of Niwet Subdistrict Municipality Thawatchaburi District Roi Et Province (According to the principles of Iddhipāttham) overall it was at the highest level (= 4.71) when considering each aspect. At the highest level in every aspect they are arranged in order from highest to lowest as follows: The aspect with the highest level is Chantha (administrating work with love in duty) (= 4.85). Next is the Chitta aspect (administrating work with care) (= 4.70). Thanatma is the Viriya aspect. (Administration with diligence) (= 4.68) and the least aspect is Vimansa (Administration with understanding) (= 4.62), respectively. 2. Results of comparing the administrative efficiency of Niwet Subdistrict Municipality. Thawatchaburi District Roi Et Province Classified by personal factors, it was found that people of different ages Have opinions on the efficiency of the administration They are significantly different at the .03* level. and people with different monthly incomes Have opinions on the efficiency of the administration They are significantly different at the .02 level*. As for people of different genders, educational levels, and occupations, they have opinions on the efficiency of the administration of the Niwet Subdistrict Municipality. We’re not different; therefore the research hypothesis was rejected.
