Quality of Life of the People in Wang Manao Subdistrict Pak Tho District Ratchaburi Province

Abstract

This research aimed to ( 1) evaluated the level of quality of life of people in Wang Manao  Subdistrict Pak Tho District Ratchaburi Province. (2) identify the problem of quality of life of people. (3) propose the approach to develop quality of life of people in Wang Manao Subdistrict Pak Tho District Ratchaburi Province .This was mixed method approach; quantitative research 400 were sample. Questionnaries were data collection tools and in-depth interview 15 key informants and focus group technique involving local people. Analytical statistics were percent standard deviation mean and content analysis he results showed that the 1) the level of quality of life of people in Wang Manao  Subdistrict Pak Tho District Ratchaburi Province in term of physical health was at 3.22 ; in term of mental health was at 3.43; in term of social relation was at 3.18; in term of environment was at 3.41 . 2) the problem of quality of life of people are physical health, mental health, social relation and environment problem and  3) the approach to develop quality of life of people in Wang Manao Subdistrict Pak Tho District Ratchaburi Province are consist of (1) health literacy ; health physical and mental (2) health care for vulnerable group ; aging ;childhood; school age child (3) gathering of the people for community participation ( 4) policy formulation for conserving natural resource and environment
