The Relationship Between Participatory Management and Student Affairs Administration of Administrators under the Prachuap Khiri Khan Secondary Educational Service Area Office

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ดังนี้ (1)เพื่อวิเคราะห์ระดับการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมของผู้บริหารสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาประจวบคีรีขันธ์ (2)เพื่อวิเคราะห์ระดับการบริหารงานกิจการนักเรียนของผู้บริหารสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาประจวบคีรีขันธ์ และ (3)เพื่อวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมกับการบริหารงานกิจการนักเรียนของผู้บริหารสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาประจวบคีรีขันธ์ ดำเนินการวิจัยโดยเก็บข้อมูลจากครูผู้สอนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาประจวบคีรีขันธ์ จำนวน 271 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า (1) ระดับของการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมของผู้บริหารสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาประจวบคีรีขันธ์ภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (2)ระดับการบริหารงานกิจการนักเรียนของผู้บริหารสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาประจวบคีรีขันธ์ภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากและ (3)ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมกับการบริหารงานกิจการนักเรียนของผู้บริหาร สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาประจวบคีรีขันธ์ มีความสัมพันธ์อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01

School Safety Management under Prachuap Khiri Khan Secondary Educational Service Area Office

This research aimed (1) to study school safety management under the Office of the Secondary Education Service Area, Prachuap Khiri Khan; (2) to compare school safety management classified by education level, work experience, and school size; and (3) to study recommendations on school safety management under the Office of the Secondary Education Service Area, Prachuap Khiri Khan. This research was quantitative research. The sample consisted of 264 teachers under the Office of the Secondary Education Service Area, Prachuap Khiri Khan, by simple random sampling. The research instrument was a questionnaire. The data were analyzed by using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-statistics, and one-way analysis of variance. The research results found that (1) the study of school safety management under the Office of the Secondary Education Service Area, Prachuap Khiri Khan, was at a high level overall and in each aspect; and (2) the comparative study of school safety management classified by education level, work experience, and school size showed

differences. (3) The study of recommendations on school safety management found that administrators should collect and analyze statistical data on student safety in the past year and develop a safety management structure in educational institutions. and continuously promote activities to develop skills in fire prevention and emergency response for students.

Management Innovation to Develop the Quality of Public Services at the Social Security Office, Bangkok Area 7

This research had three objectives: (1) to evaluate the level of service quality of the Social Security Office of Bangkok Area 7, (2) to compare the quality of service of the Social Security Office of Bangkok Area 7 classified by personal factors, and (3) to test the relationship between management and service quality of the Social Security Office of Bangkok Area 7. This research was quantitative research. The sample consisted of 400 insured persons in the area under the responsibility of the Social Security Office of Bangkok Area 7. Data were collected by using a questionnaire. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, one-way variance, and Pearson correlation. The results of the research (1) in terms of the level of service quality of the Social Security Office of Bangkok Area 7 was at a high level. (2) in terms of comparing the quality of service of the Social Security Office of Bangkok Area 7 classified by personal factors, it was found that different levels of education and income had different opinions on the quality of service of the Social Security

Office of Bangkok Area 7. (3) in terms of management, there was a positive relationship with the quality of service of the Social Security Office of Bangkok Area 7, with a relatively high positive relationship.

The Role of Administrators in Promoting the Use of Technology for Teachers' Learning Management under the Prachuap Khiri Khan Primary Educational Service Area Office 2

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์(1)เพื่อศึกษาบทบาทของผู้บริหารในการส่งเสริมการใช้เทคโนโลยีเพื่อการจัดการเรียนรู้ของครูสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาประจวบคีรีขันธ์ เขต 2(2)เพื่อเปรียบเทียบบทบาทของผู้บริหารในการส่งเสริมการใช้เทคโนโลยีเพื่อการจัดการเรียนรู้ของครูจำแนกตาม วุฒิการศึกษา ประสบการณ์การทำงาน และขนาดสถานศึกษา และ (3)เพื่อศึกษาข้อเสนอแนะต่อบทบาทของผู้บริหารในการส่งเสริมการใช้เทคโนโลยีเพื่อการจัดการเรียนรู้ของครู กลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 274 คนได้แก่ ครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาประจวบคีรีขันธ์ เขต 2 เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานค่าที และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1)ด้านบทบาทของผู้บริหารในการส่งเสริมการใช้เทคโนโลยีเพื่อการจัดการเรียนรู้ของครู พบว่า โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (2)ด้านเปรียบเทียบบทบาทของผู้บริหารในการส่งเสริมการใช้เทคโนโลยีเพื่อการจัดการเรียนรู้ของครู จำแนกตาม วุฒิการศึกษาประสบการณ์การทำงาน และขนาดสถานศึกษา พบว่า แตกต่างกัน และ (3)ด้านข้อเสนอแนะ ผู้บริหารควรจัดอบรมพัฒนาทักษะการใช้เทคโนโลยีให้ครูอย่างต่อเนื่อง จัดหาอุปกรณ์และจัดสรรงบประมาณที่เหมาะสมเพื่อประโยชน์ต่อสถานศึกษา

Ecotourism management of Songkhla City Municipality Songkhla Province

The purposes of this study were (1) to explore ecotourism management of Songkhla

City Municipality Songkhla Province, (2) to explain correlation between factors affecting ecotourism management with ecotourism management of Songkhla City Municipality Songkhla Province, and (3) to forecasted ecotourism management of Songkhla City Municipality Songkhla Province. This study was conducted by a quantitative approach. Data were collected from samples 300 residents of community Mueang District Songkhla Province by using questionaries. The data obtained were analyzed by percentages, mean, standard deviation, Pearson correlation and Multiple regression. The findings revealed that (1) ecotourism management of Songkhla City Municipality Songkhla Province was high level, (2) correlation between factors affecting ecotourism management with ecotourism management of Songkhla City Municipality Songkhla Province was significant positive, and (3) factors affecting ecotourism management could forecast ecotourism management of Songkhla City Municipality Songkhla

Province at 81.7 affecting factors were leading planning participation in evaluation participation

in decision.
