Administration of Student Care System of Primary School in Khao Yoi District under the Jurisdiction of Phetchaburi Primary Edcational Service Area Office 1

Abstract

The objectives of this research are (1) to study the administration of the student care system of primary schools in Khao Yoi District (2) to compare the administration of the student care system of primary schools in Khao Yoi District according to the variables gender, work experience. and school size (3) To study problems and suggestions for the administration of the student care system of primary schools in Khao Yoi District. The population is 240 teachers in primary schools in Khao Yoi District. The sample group is primary school teachers in Khao Yoi District. Number of 178 people obtained from opening tables of Krejci and Morgan. at a confidence level of 95% and using a stratified random sampling method according to school size. Then compare the proportion according to the number of teachers in each school. The research instrument was a 5-level rating scale test with content validity between .75 -1 and a confidence value for the entire document equal to .90. The results of the research found that
(1) administration of the care system Helping students of primary schools in Khao Yoi District Overall, it was at a high level. (2) The results of comparing the administration of the student care system of primary schools in Khao Yoi District found that teachers of different genders and had different working experiences. There are different opinions. And teachers in schools with different school sizes have different opinions. (3) The results of the study of problems and suggestions for the administration of the student support system of primary schools found that teachers still lack knowledge and understanding about Student support system administration Administrators should encourage teachers to have training opportunities for continuous self-development.
