A STUDY OF ACADEMIC ADMINISTRATION PROBLEMS IN SMALL SCHOOLS UNDER UTHAITHANI PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 2

Abstract
The purposes of this study were to study and compare the academic administration problems in small schools. The sample was 210 of small schools under Uthaithani primary educational service area office 2. The sample was selected by simple random sampling. The instrument was a questionnaire according to academic administration problems in small schools with a reliability 0.95. Data were analyzed by percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test independent, and analysis of variance (One-way ANOVA), and Scheffe’s method.
The study findings were as follows:
- The problems for academic administration in small schools overall were at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that the highest level of problems was the development of an internal assurance system and educational standard. The next was the research for education development and the lowest level of problems was the education guidance.
- The comparison of the opinions of administrators and teachers towards the academic administration problems in small schools. found that respondents with different job position and education level had the opinion towards the academic administration problems in small schools was different and was overall statistically significant at the 0.05 level. And found that the respondents with different work experience in current position had not different opinions toward the academic administration problems in small schools not different in overall.
