STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT FOR CHANGE TOWARDS SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT OF THE GRADUATE SCHOOL AND INTERNATIONAL EDUCATION MANAGEMENT, NAKHON SAWAN RAJABHAT UNIVERSITY
Main Article Content
Abstract
This academic article presents a strategic management framework for the transformation of the Graduate School and International Education Management at Nakhon Sawan Rajabhat University, a faculty-level unit established through structural integration to address 21st-century challenges. The article introduces a novel concept through strategic synthesis in the form of the Triple-Loop Innovation Cycle model, which aims to shift the organization's role from academic support to One Body, Twin Engines that seamlessly integrates academic depth with global connectivity. By integrating Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles into core missions, the framework focuses on three key strategies: 1) Redefining research paradigms to address local solutions with international standards; 2) Establishing a Living Lab learning ecosystem; and 3) Fostering an organizational culture of Change Agents. The framework is driven by four strategic principles (NSRU Next Chapter): Sustainability Strategy, Local to Global Research, Global Bridge, and Governance & Competitiveness, which collectively drive the three innovation loops toward tangible outcomes. This approach aims to enhance competitiveness, increase international student enrollment, and achieve long-term financial sustainability by 2027.
