Abstract
The purposes of this study were to study and compare the levels of school administration problems according to the sufficiency economy philosophy of schools. The sample group used in this study was 297 people; 17 school administrators and 280 teachers by simple random sampling. The instrument was a questionnaire five points rating scale. The reliability was 0.96. Data were analyzed using the mean, standard deviation , t-tests , and F-test. The study findings were as follows: 1) The level of school administration problems sufficient economy according to the Philosophy. Overall, the school district was moderate and considering each aspect was found that curriculum and learning activities was at high. Secondly, the management aspect of the school was moderate and the lowest mean was the personnel development of the school was at moderate. 2) Comparison of school management problems according to the sufficiency economy philosophy of schools classified by personal data found that the school administrators and teacher civil servants with different job titles, educational levels, and work experience in different positions had opinions on the problems of school administration according to the philosophy of sufficiency economy of schools, the overall difference was statistically significant at the .05 level.
