A STUDY OF ADMINISTRATION PROBLEMS OF THE CHILD DEVELOPMENT CENTER UNDER THE LOCAL ADMINISTRATION ORGANIZATION, CHAI NAT PROVINCE

Abstract

The purposes of this study were to 1) study problem level of the administration of the child development center and 2) compare problem level of the administration of the child development center according to the opinion of headmasters and teachers in the child development center classified by working position, education level and working experience. The sample group was 144 people from simple random sampling. The study instrument was a questionnaire about the problem of the administration of the child development center with the reliability at 0.91. The data were analyzed by mean, and standard deviation. Hypothesis testing were t-test, One-way ANOVA. The study findings were as follows:

1. 1. The problem level of the administration of the child development center in overall was at the high level. When considering each aspect, the encouragement about participation of family and community was at high problem level, the personal management of all types, follows by affiliation was at high problem level, the managing of the safety environment in the child development center was moderate problem level, respectively. 2. The comparison of the problem level the child development center administration according to the opinion of headmasters and teachers classified by working position, education level and working experience was no statistically significance.
