Abstract
The advancement of technology has made it possible for people, agencies, organizations, teachers, learners, education administrators to access knowledge resources without time and place restrictions. The studying and understanding a person's behavior and actions enables a person to adapt appropriately according to their potential and be able to lead the organization to achieve its objectives and, have a systematic improvement process within the organization by planning and setting goals for success together, as well as developing personnel to have operational potential and a better quality of life corresponds to the changing era in the digital era, agencies and organizations need to promote and develop their personnel. Device support access to sources of knowledge that can affect development anytime and anywhere. As for the context of education, educational administration in the digital era, the administrators must learn and understand many factors both in terms of learning and innovation to lead to real practice.
