Abstract

   This research aimed to 1) study participation in Buddhist Oriented School and 2) classify the level of participation by people involved in the operation of Buddhist schools. It was quantitative research.
The population was 10 school administrator and school committees, 16 teachers, 6 monks, 15 student council committees and 161 student parents, total 208 people. The sample was 10 school administrator and school committees, 16 teachers, 6 monks, 15 student council committees using a specific selection method and 89 student parents using a simple random sampling without replacement, total 136 people. They were selected by Krejcie and Morgan's. The instrument for collecting data was a questionnaire. The data were analyzed by mean and standard deviation. The research results were found as follows; 1) participation in Buddhist Oriented School in overview and step by step was at a high level. Considering step by step, it was found that participation in the implementation of Buddhist schools in the process of setting up conditions and components was the highest average values, followed by steps to develop students and personnel according to the Trisikkha system and continuous improvement and development balanced. The final part was Evaluation stage and publish the results. 2) Classification of participation levels by stakeholders, it was found that monks had the highest average, followed by School Director and School Board. The final part was student parents.
