Abstract

This research aimed to study on the use of director educational power in Chomphu sub-district, Noen Maprang district under Phitsanulok Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The population consisting of 5 directors educational and 72 teachers, totally 77 people. The research instrument was
5 level evaluation questionnaires with a reliability at 0.97. Data were analyzed using mean and standard deviation. The research results were as follows;


               The use of director educational power in Chomphu sub-district, Noen Maprang district of Phitsanulok primary educational service area office 2. It was a high level at all aspects, with the highest average ​​was Reward (µ = 4.28, s = .65), followed by Legitimate (µ = 4.26, s = .63), Referent (µ = 4.21,
s = .73), Expert (µ = 4.18, s = .80) , whereas, the aspect with the lowest mean was Coercive (µ = 4.18,
s = .81). When considering the aspect with the highest mean Reward, it was found that the item with the highest mean was that the school administrators considered merit. Fair promotion of subordinates' salaries (µ = 4.38, s = .67) and the item with the lowest mean was that the school administrators make their subordinates feel warm and friendly (µ = 4.16, s = .90). The lowest aspect average was the Coercive. It was found that the item with the highest average was the school administrator warning subordinates who often violate the regulations before punishment (µ = 4.26, s = .92) and the item with the lowest mean was the school administrator released the teachers and staff of the criminal school on parole (µ = 4.10, s = 1.00).
