GUIDELINES FOR MANAGING EDUCATION OF EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS IN THE DIGITAL ERA

Abstract
The objective of this academic article is to investigate the approach to educational management in the digital era. The administration of education is unable to remain stationary in light of the world's dynamic nature and increased changes. The development of educational systems, particularly in areas such as teaching, learning, management, and the enhancement of teacher and student capabilities, is dependent upon the integration of digital technologies and innovations. Additionally, the article emphasizes the significance of developing a school culture that encourages collaboration through networks, knowledge management within educational institutions in the digital era, and change. The integration of technology is essential for the advancement of the educational field and the support of educators and educational personnel. In order to advance educational organizations and encourage the development of personnel, school administrators must possess a profound comprehension of digital information technologies.
