Abstract
This academic article aims to study the decision-making techniques of executives in the digital age. The decision-making of executives in the digital age is a process of thinking, analyzing, and applying knowledge, skills, and experiences to select the best and most appropriate path from various options to achieve the organization's goals. It is very important in the current situation because decision-making is the heart of operations. It is a tool to measure the differences between executives and is a path to our set goals. It is a strategy for solving problems that exist in almost every step and in the work process, and it is important to the success of the organization. Therefore, decision-making is an important process for executives in the digital age, which plays a role in the success of the organization and effective management. Executives must develop decision-making skills that can cope with complexity and uncertainty. Using appropriate decision-making techniques will help make management effective and lead to the successful organization.
