Abstract
The action research is applied research. It is research that aims to use the research process and research results to develop and improve the organization's operations to be more efficient than focusing on creating and developing knowledge of various sciences. Action research is the operation by the practitioner
as a researcher and a practitioner. This method emphasis on participation of all stakeholders and the method Practices to change and improve the quality of operations. It is a continuous process which consists of defining the problem data collection, reflection and practice to achieve the desired goals. Therefore, bringing the action research process to solve problems or improve the quality of education. The research was carried out by teachers and educational personnel and those involved. Through this concept action research should be an important alternative to make the country's educational quality achieve its desired goals.
