THE EFFECTS OF USING ONLINE MEDIA IN SCHOOL ADMINISTRATION BY ADMINISTRATORS UNDER THE SUPERVISION OF THE SECONDARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE LOPBURI

Abstract
This research aimed to 1) study the effects of using online media in school administration by administrators to the school effectiveness 2) analyze problems of using online media in school administration by administrators and 3) synthesize solutions for solving problems of using online media in school administration by administrators. The sample group were 304 school administrators and teachers. The data collected tools were questionnaires and the semi-structured interviewing form. Statistics used in data analysis were percentages, averages, multiple regression analysis and content analysis.
The results of the study found that 1) the online media in school administration by administrators influenced the school effectiveness of the secondary educational service area office Lopburi with the statistical significance at the .05 level. 2) problems of using online media in school administration by administrators of the secondary educational service area office Lopburi were about the school administrators could not use online media to communicate, set up online meetings and clarify work guidelines. The school administrators could not use online media to answer some questions included cooperating with both within the agency and across agencies. Also, the school administrators could not use online media to make a presentation of working and storing data with various programs and 3) the solutions to online media administration of school administrators were that school administrators should promote training in using online media to organize meetings, add contact channels and extend time to report incidents via online media over time in urgent cases, bring innovation to manage budget information, create a large resource of data storage on online media, keep confidential in the salary talks, provide networks to acknowledge and supervise staffs and coordinate through online media with small specific discussion groups.
