A STUDY ON PROBLEMS OF STUDENT CARE SYSTEMS OPERATION IN THE SMALL SIZE SCHOOLS UNDER NAKHON SAWAN PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 3

Abstract
The purposes of this study were to study and compare the administrative problems on the students care system of small size schools classified by position, education level and work experience. The sample consisted of 274 administrators and teachers of small size schools. The sample size was determined by using Krejcie & Morgan formula and simple random sampling. The instrument was a questionnaire concerning the administrative problems on the students care system of small size schools with the reliability at 0.95. Data were analyzed by mean, standard deviation, and analysis of variance (One - way ANOVA), and Scheffe’s method.
The study findings were as follows: 1) The administrative problems on the students care system of small size schools in overall was at a moderate level. To consider each aspect, it was found that the most problematic level was student screening, followed by the students preventing and solving problems, the students transferring, knowing individual students and the students promoting and developing, respectively.
2) The comparison of the administrators and teachers’ opinions on the administrative problems on the students care system of small size schools classified by position, education level and work experience in overall was the difference of statistically significance at .05 level. Meanwhile, the pair comparison found that the opinions of the administrators and teachers with work experience less than 5 years was higher than 5 - 10 years and the administrators and teachers with work experience more than 5 - 10 years was higher than over 10 years.
