A STUDY OF THE OPERATION PROBLEMS OF BUDDHIST ORIENTED SCHOOL IN EDUCATION INSTITUTION UNDER SINGBURI PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE

Abstract
The purposes of this study were to study and compare the operation problems of the Buddhist oriented school classified by position, educational level and work experience in position. The sample comprised 285 administrators and teachers of Buddhist oriented school. The sample size was determined by using Krejcie & Morgan formula obtained by simple random sampling. The instrument was a questionnaire regarding to the operation problems of the Buddhist oriented school with the reliability as 0.96. Data were analyzed by mean, standard deviation, t–test independent, analysis of variance (One-Way ANOVA).
The study findings were as follows:
- The operation problems of the Buddhist oriented school in overall was at a high level. To consider each aspect, the most problematic level was the aspect of physical followed by, instruction, atmosphere and interaction and basic lifestyle activities, respectively. 2. The comparison of the administrators and teachers’ opinions on the operation problems of the Buddhist oriented school classified by position in overall was the difference of statistically significance at .05 level. To be classified by educational level and work experience in position in overall was not different.
