Abstract

               Participative management refers to leaders attending in policy formulation, deciding on plans, and managing operations. To cooperation and coordination in academic development with other agencies and communities, continuous cooperation and promotion of academic knowledge development for personnel, participation in the annual performance evaluation of the university, and participation in the suggestion for improving the quality of the yearly performance further. Participative management consists of four dimensions: 1) mutual trust, 2) adherence, 3) determining common goals and objectives, and 4) independence to job responsibilities.
