A STUDY PROBLEMS INTERNAL QUALITY ASSURANCE OPERATIONS IN SCHOOL UNDER THE NAKHON SAWAN PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 3

Abstract

               The purpose of this research was to study and compare the problems of Internal quality assurance operations in school. The sample was administrators and teachers, 327 sample in total selecting with random sampling. The research instrument was a questionnaire according to the problems of Internal quality assurance operations in school with a reliability of 0.99. Data were analyzed by percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test independent, analysis of variance (One-Way ANOVA) and Sheffe's method. The findings were as follow:

               1) The problems of Internal Quality Assurance operations in school overall were at the high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that the highest mean problems was the implementation of the educational management development plan of the educational institutions. the next was followed by the setting of educational standards of educational institutions. And the lowest level of problem was the aspect of monitoring performance to develop educational institutions to have quality according to educational standards. 2) The comparison of the opinions of administrators and teachers on the problems of quality assurance operations in schools. It was found that the respondents’ opinions of all classified by work experience was not different; the respondents’ opinions of all classified by job position and size of the school was the different of statistical significance at 0.05 level. When the pair comparison found that. The opinions of administrators and teachers in small schools towards the problems of internal quality assurance operations in school more than the opinions of administrators and teachers in big schools which differed statistically at the .05 level.
