Abstract

               The purpose of this study were to study and compare the level of supply procurement problems of small size school. The sample was 162 administrators and teachers which comprised 34 administrators and 128 teachers of small schools. The samples was selected by simple random sampling. The instrument was a questionnaire according to supply procurement problems of small size school with a reliability of 0.99. Data were analyzed by using percentage, mean, standard deviation and hypothesis testing by t-test, Analysis of Variance (One-way ANOVA) and Post-Hoc testing by the Scheffe’s method. The findings were as follow:             


            1) The problems in supply procurement of small size schools under the office of Saraburi education service area 2 in overall was at a moderate .The most problematic aspect was the evaluation of Stabbed parcel distribution,followed by the Collecting, recording, disbursing parcels, and the lowest problematic level was maintenance parcel inspection. 2) The comparing results of the opinions of administrators and teachers the supply procurement problems level in small school. Classified by position in genders, and experience in position has the opinions toward the supply procurement problems level significant different at 0.05 levels. When testing the different of pairs according to position in school less than 5 year and more 10 year had he opinions toward were statistical significant level of .
